On departure
A dedicated Customer Service Agent meets you at the check-in terminal with a personalized name sign, assists with up to two pieces of baggage, and manages the entire check-in process while you relax if queues are long. You are then transferred by private buggy to the departure gate and escorted through fast lane security and immigration for international flights.
On arrival
You are welcomed at the gate, guided through fast lane immigration with pre-arranged documentation, assisted with baggage collection and customs, and smoothly handed over to your driver at a designated CIP pickup point or meeting area.
Terms and Conditions
Infants up to 2 years old travel free of charge. Children aged 2 to 12 years receive a 50 percent discount. All bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled arrival or departure time. Cancellations made at least 6 hours in advance will receive a full refund; cancellations made less than 6 hours before the service time are non-refundable and charged at the full rate. Any changes or cancellations must be submitted via email to samuifasttrack@pg-gs.com, office@pg-gs.com. Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to a third party. No-shows will be charged at the full rate. In the event of flight delays or cancellations, service times will be automatically adjusted accordingly. These rates are valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
